Changing SIP trunk licence demand

Prerequisites

You are logged into the WBM of OpenScape Business with an Expert profile.

Process

Navigate to Licence Management > CO Trunks


Notes
NOTE: The current licence count is shown. You can not add more licences than available in the licence file.

Drop down the Licence Demand box and select the number of licences you want to apply.

Click on Apply in the main toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Notes
NOTE: If you are increasing the volume of trunks past the original licence count you will need to run the Basic Wizard again and increase the number of simultaneous calls.
