Updating SSL Certs using Let's Encrypt on OpenScape Business

Prerequisites

You are logged into the WBM of OpenScape Business with Expert credentials.
Port 80 of the site / hosting is port forwarded for the FQDN to the OpenScape Business system.

Process

Navigate to Setup > Cloud Services
Click the Edit button next to 'Let's Encrypt' Service

Enter the FQDN for the system in Primary Domain Name: 
Enter a secondary domain name as an option.
Enter the time when the automatic renewal should be performed.



Alert
CAUTION     - The FQDN's must resolve to the IP address of the system in question for Let's encrypt to work. As per the pre-requisites port 80 is required to be open so that the Let's encrypt service can fuction. Let's encrypt certificates last for 3 months and they automatically renew a week before expiry at the time you specify.
Refreshing the certificates may cause a brief interuption of UC clients, so it is advised to renew the certificates out of working hours.
When you have entered the necessary information please click on Activate in the bottom toolbar.

After a brief period of time the certificate should be live.....


If the process fails this is normally one of two issues....

1. Port 80 is not forwarding to the system.
2. The FQDN does not resolve to the OpenScape Business System.
